Gated access with telephone entry provides Gables Residential residents a secure way to allow friends and family to enter one of the nicest multi-family communities in Austin.  The residents are given a two button transmitter with key fobs inside that allow for access to the slide gates, pedestrian pool gates, and into the many different rooms within the clubhouse.  Several different rooms and areas within the complex have cameras and DVR systems to monitor vandalism or theft if needed.  Residents demand this level of security these days.  Gables Westlake has rooms equipped with key fob entry and flush mounted wall exit push buttons.
